This Yamaha demo song #5 was on our todo list for a long time! Finally, here it is – a soulful, groovy, solo electric piano piece with complex harmony and lovely basslines! Yamaha NP-35 and NP-15 fifth demo song’s name is “Love ride”, composed by Ricky Reinaldi!
Update June 2026: Love Ride is the third demo song of the Yamaha P-143 and P-145 digital pianos, for the first E-piano sound. Also, it is the fourth demo song (#4) on Yamaha Piaggero NP-12 and NP-32 keyboards! Finally, we discovered that the same Electric piano demo song is used on Yamaha P-85 and P-95 as the fourth demo song, right after the DX demo.
This demo song was definitely one of the most challenging pieces to transcribe. Such complex chord structures and melody lines with great rhythm figures – a true gem of groove 🙂 However, we really enjoyed the process!
